Payment processing fees explained

PTP.ad can add platform and payment fees on top of the advertising amount. These fees do not reduce the advertising balance you purchased.

Small-order fee

By default, advertising orders below $5.00 include a 5% small-order fee. The threshold and percentage are controlled by the administrator. An order at exactly the configured threshold is not considered a small order.

For example, with the default rule, a $4.00 advertising order has a $0.20 small-order fee. You still receive the full $4.00 in advertising funds.

Payment processing fee

If a payment processing percentage or fixed fee is configured, it is also shown separately before checkout and added on top. The checkout total always shows the advertising credit, small-order fee when applicable, payment processing fee, and final amount charged.

Always review the checkout total before approving payment.
