Promoter earnings are based on the campaign's stored price per qualified view and the configured promoter share.
For example, if a campaign pays $0.00040000 per qualified view and the promoter share is 40%, the promoter receives $0.00016000 for that qualified view.
Higher-priced traffic types can therefore pay more per qualified view. The exact rate belongs to the campaign and is snapshotted when the campaign is created so later pricing changes do not rewrite already-purchased inventory.
