Hourly, Daily, and Campaign Unique traffic

Traffic frequency is enforced per visitor and per campaign.

Hourly Unique

The same visitor may qualify for the same campaign again after a rolling 60-minute cooldown from the last qualified view.

Daily Unique

The same visitor may qualify for the same campaign again after a rolling 24-hour cooldown.

Campaign Unique

The visitor can qualify only once for that campaign for its lifetime.

A visitor may still qualify for different eligible campaigns during the same session because frequency is campaign-specific.
